Corduroy pillow cover – texture you can see from across the room

A square cover in corduroy, with a wale deep enough to catch the light in bands. That gives a plain seating area some depth without adding a pattern. Three sizes are available, from 40 to 50 centimeters.

Never press the wale flat with a hot iron; hanging the cover in a steamy bathroom works better. Wash it inside out at 30 degrees and the pile stays upright. After drying, brush the wale by hand in one direction.
