Advent Calendar – One Figure a Morning Until All 24 Are Out

Behind each of the 24 windows sits a single mini figure of roughly 3 by 4 centimeters. They are made to stand on a shelf, be played with, or hang from a branch. By the end of the month the whole set is lined up on the windowsill.

Why choose this advent calendar?

A chocolate calendar is over in a minute and leaves nothing behind. This one hands over something that stays, and the collection visibly grows as December moves along. After the holidays the figures simply carry on as toys.

• 24 figures: one per day, with no duplicates in the box.
• 3 × 4 cm each: small enough for a shelf, big enough for small hands.
• Numbered windows: the order is fixed, so nothing can be opened ahead of time.
• Ready to display: each figure stands on its own on a cabinet or hangs on the tree.
• Collector's sheet: shows what is in the box and what is still missing.

From one figure on December 1 to a full scene on Christmas Eve.

Hang or stand the calendar at the eye level of whoever opens it, and the whole thing becomes a morning routine. The figures are intended from about three years old and they are small, so keep them away from younger children. Keep the box, because everything fits back into it once the season is over.
