Upper Back Brace – The setting you choose is the setting it keeps

Cross straps run over both shoulders and are anchored by two rigid stays that sit either side of the spine. The rear panels are vented, which is what makes a long stretch at a desk workable. Straps can be drawn in without taking the brace off.

Why choose this back brace?

Plain elastic gives way after twenty minutes and you are back where you started. The two stays give the straps something solid to pull against, so the tension you set is still there later. Neoprene handles the rest: flexible where it wraps, firm where the stays run.

• Twin rigid stays: two firm inserts beside the spine keep the brace from collapsing under load
• Adjustable cross straps: draw them in or let them out with the brace still on
• Vented rear panels: open zones in the backing let heat escape during longer wear
• Neoprene body: gives where it wraps and stays firm where the stays sit
• Straightforward fastenings: easy enough to put on and take off without a second pair of hands

Firm where it counts, soft everywhere else.

Put your arms through the loops the way you would a rucksack, then draw the front straps down until the shoulders settle back. Build up from short sessions rather than starting with a full day. Hand wash and air dry, because neoprene and a hot dryer do not mix.
