Solid wood chessboard with a warm, classic look

This board is made of solid wood and finished by hand. The carved pieces have detail and a pleasant weight, and the board folds to protect them.

What sets this chessboard apart

Natural wood gives the set a warm color and a solid feel. It looks just as good lying on a shelf as it does mid-game.

• Solid wood: a sturdy board with a traditional character.
• Detailed pieces: each piece is finished with attention to detail.
• Fold-out case: the board closes around the pieces for safe storage.
• Playing area: 39 x 39 cm for a clear view of the position.

Made to be used, and pleasant to look at in between.

The hinged design means the board and box are one object. The wood grain gives every set a slightly different look. It suits a living room, a study or a cabin bookshelf.
