A pair of knit sleeves with flat metal springs along both sides and a strap you draw in to set the tension. The cut wraps the joint closely and stays clear of the back of the leg. Four sizes, with separate men's and women's shaping.
A plain sleeve does one thing and slides down doing it. Springs on either side hold the structure while the joint bends, so the sleeve keeps its shape instead of bunching behind the leg. The strap lets you dial the firmness up for activity and back off when you sit down.
Set it once in the morning and stop noticing it.
Draw the sleeve up over the calf until the opening centers on the kneecap, then pull the strap to a firm hold that does not pinch. Take your size from a measurement around the leg just above the joint. Wash at 30 degrees and dry flat rather than hanging.
Choose your size and put them on.
