A non-metallic PET film that blocks up to 99 percent of UV and takes the edge off the heat coming through the glass. It goes on wet and peels off later, so nothing about it is permanent. You choose which windows to cover and how dark they go.

Sunlight through glass does two things you notice: it heats a parked car and it fades everything inside it. Film stops most of that at the surface. Low evening sun gets easier on the eyes as well.
Softer light, cooler glass and an interior that keeps its color.

Clean the glass until it squeaks, then spray, squeegee from the middle outward and chase the water to the edges. Cut the film a little large and trim it on the window rather than on a bench. Check the rules where you drive before tinting the front side windows.
Choose your windows and your shade.
