Every cap gets a tier to itself, with enough space between levels to lift one out without disturbing the rest. It needs a strip of wall about as wide as a single cap, or the back of a door. The rack ships as a pair.

A pile of caps takes a fold across the crown that never fully comes out. One per level keeps the curve and lets you pull the third one down without unstacking anything above it. It also puts the whole collection where you can see it.
The collection on show instead of in a heap.

With adhesive, press for thirty seconds on a clean smooth surface and leave it twelve hours before loading it. Textured plaster and rough paint want the screw option instead. Behind a door works well, as long as the door clears the caps as it swings.

Mount it and clear the shelf.
